Winona Ryder

10/02/2021

Winona Ryder was everyone’s favourite in the 90s. She managed to get important roles in some of the most famous movies from the 90s, which absolutely made her one of the most coveted actresses of the time.

She was known for her beautiful look and those cold eyes of hers managed to get the attention of Johnny Depp, whom she dated for many years.

Everyone knows her as Winona Ryder, but her real name is actually Winona Laura Horowitz.

She has worked with many famous directors such as Woody Allen, Francis Ford Coppola, Martin Scorsese, Tim Burton etc. The characters she has played include those of the sweet innocent girl to the fame fatale.

No one can forget the sweet and beautiful girl in “The Age of Innocence” where she played along Daniel Day-Lewis and Michelle Pfeiffer, or the woman who managed to steal the heart of Dracula played by Gary Oldman in Bram Stoker’s Dracula.

But for many years, Winona, was out the public’s eyes. She continued her work as an actress, but her fame started fading away, until Stranger Things happened. The Netflix original series, Stranger Things, became a major hit and lucky for us, Winona is part of the famous series.

But beside her remarkable career we can’t help but admire her style in the 90s even nowadays. For many women she has become a pure inspiration.
