Queen Rania of Jordan Is the Definition of Elegance

27/06/2018

Rania Al-Abdullah is the queen of Jordan. Born in Kuwait to a Palestinian family, she later moved to Jordan for work, where she met the Prince Abdullah II bin al-Hussein. A chance meeting with Prince Abdullah changed her life forever. The prince and his would-be queen met in January of 1993 during a dinner party hosted by the prince’s sister. Five months later, they were married. She became a queen at just 28 years old.

Rania comes from a marketing background, having worked for companies like Citibank and Apple. However, since becoming Queen in March 1999, she has also been at the forefront of human rights issues: education, in particular — and she once told TechCrunch uses her influence to “empower people and make them believe that they can be role models and leaders for change”. Rania calls herself “A mum and a wife with a really cool day job”

But she also has ties to the fashion industry and is known partly for her incredible fashion sense. Being super busy with her royal duties, Queen Rania’s outfits are always on point. Queen Rania of Jordan is the definition of elegance and one of the most stylish royals in the world. Her style seems to always be the center of attention; always on point and done right. With her grace, poise, intelligence and great sense of understated style, Queen Rania is considered an inspiring role model for women, not only in the Arab world, but also worldwide.

In a 2009 interview with Vogue, Queen Rania Al Abdullah of Jordan said: “I think style can communicate substance.” And that is why we love her.

The Queen Rania style file is the ultimate source of inspiration and she knows how to look extremely polished and very trendy at the same time.
Her wardrobe includes plenty of polished, professional suit sets and a few bold, in-your-face dresses that are a staple in every fashion girl’s closet. She’s not afraid to make a statement with a bold color too. Her fashion choices, though, remain the most outstanding. She prefers Dior, Valentino, but also supports Arab designers in the likes of Krikor Jabotian, Aennis Eunis, Elie Saab etc.

We love her style and her elegance, so we have rounded some fashion moments from her.
