My makeup at Milan Fashion Week

25/02/2018

My choice of makeup always depends on the mood, or the outfit I am wearing. When it comes to Fashion Week there are times when I like to be very romantic and a natural makeup is always the right choice, as I give a touch of nude to my eyes and lips.

But, there are times when I am wearing black and I like to give to this timeless color the importance it deserves, because black inspires you to be classy and elegant.

During Milan Fashion Week, I wore an amazing classy black dress from Elisabetta Franchi, which requested for a very specific makeup, or better say the classic one, burgundy lipstick and black eyeliner, which I believe it will never be considered as oldfashioned. So, scroll down and have a look at the products I used for my look.

  1. Clinique super balanced foundation makeup in Beige color

I always choose my foundation depending on the tone of my skin. Though it make take time to find the right one, I am always patient to find the right one, and the Beige color fits perfectly with the tone of my skin, because it creates a balance and the texture is so light and it looks like I am not wearing any.

  1. Dessin Des Sourcils – Eye brows pencil by Yves Saint Laurent

There is no such as completed makeup if I am not giving a little bit of color to my brows or shaping them. Many makeup artists start their makeup process by focusing first on the brows and after that, they continue with the rest. So, for my look I chose this eyebrows pencil from YSL in Glazed Brown, which fits perfect with my brunette look.

  1. Yves Saint Laurent Effet Faux Cils Shocking Eyeliner

To create the perfect line I chose the shocking eyeliner from YSL, which is easily applied and it is also water resistant. It offers a black intensity and it stays for long hours. It is the right eyeliner, especially when I will be all day attending many shows and presentations.

  1. Le Volume de Chanel Mascara

Le Volume de Chanel Mascara is the best when it comes to achieving instant volume and an intense effect for my eyebrows and that is why I chose it for my makeup look during Milan Fashion Week.

  1. Charlotte Tilbury Sculpt and Highlight

For this look, I also opted for this face sculpt and highlight from Charlotte Tilbury, which helped me highlight more my features for a great photoshoot and it also helped me define more the areas such as my cheeks, the temples and the jawline.

  1. Chanel Rouge Allure

As the last touch, I applied Chanel Rouge Allure no.99 Pirate, which is a deep burgundy color, that gives a satin touch to the lips and it lasts all day. This lipstick is my most favorite and I never forget to take it with me wherever I go.
