Animals are not slaves to fashion!
Michael Kors just gave animal lovers all over the world the best news ever! Michael Kors have announced that they will no longer use animal fur in their products. Production of current designs using fur, such as coyote and rabbit, will be phased out by the end of 2018, the brand has confirmed. Kors has previously been a perennial target for animal rights activists and the announcement has been welcomed by animal rights activists.
The initiative comes just a few months after Gucci announced that they would also abolish fur from their products. Gucci CEO Marco Bizzarri announced the megabrand’s pledge to go fur-free, beginning with their Spring/Summer 2018 collections.
