Water Detox

People tend to complain about eating bad for a period of time, about feeling so full and exhausted. Such experience leads them into starting a detoxing period that will help them remove the impurities and toxins of the body.

As much as you workout, it is very important that you control your eating habits. The combination of the two will create the perfect team and you will be happy with the results.

During this time you will hear a lot about diet, yoga, supplements, Pilates, jogging, cross-fit, cardio etc. In the middle of all this, you start wondering: is it worth it? Will I ever get the body I want?

Many trainers and researches can testify that 30 % of the success comes of the different trainings or exercises that you do and 70% comes from what you eat. So, despite all the exercise, you will never have the body you wish for, unless you start paying attention to what you eat and drink during the day.

In this case, detox is an ideal option and it should be your companion whenever your body needs a good “clean up”.
