The Duchess of Sussex joined the Duchess of Cambridge for their Christmas day celebrations. Kate donned a festive red coat with a matching statement headband, whereas Meghan went for a classic navy ensemble.
Kate arrived for a visit to Evelina London Children’s Hospital in a Christmas green polkadot dress with dainty buttons and cuffed sleeves.
When it comes to formal evening style, Kate continues to get her glamorous looks just right. For a Diplomatic Reception at Buckingham Palace this December, she added a touch of festive sparkle by choosing this Jenny Packham gown paired with the Lover’s Knot tiara.
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge embraced the festive spirit in December 2018, when they hosted a Christmas party at Kensington Palace. Kate paired her striking tartan skirt by Emilia Wickstead with a cropped cashmere cardigan from Brora.
While Kate opted to wear an old favourite Paule Ka skirt suit for a visit to UCL in November 2018, she paired it with a fresh new hairstyle; a pretty wavy ponytail dressed up with the perfect festive accessory – a black velvet J Crew bow.
For the Christmas Day church service in 2017, Kate looked her most festive in a red and green plaid coat by Miu Miu. The Christmassy bouquet given to her by a member of the crowd matched the tartan style perfectly.
In a break from tradition, the Cambridges decided to celebrate Christmas with the Middletons in 2016. For the Christmas Day service in Bucklebury, Berkshire, Kate looked immaculate in a belted coat by Hobbs paired with matching shoes and a clutch.

Kate stuck to a trusted classic – the little red dress – for a Christmas party at the Anna Freud Centre on 15 December, 2015. Her chic pleated style was from McQueen.
In December 2014, William and Kate travelled to New York City for a two-day visit. Kate, who was pregnant with Princess Charlotte at the time, chose a bouclé style coat with a touch of sparkle from maternity brand, Seraphine.
