We can’t believe that New York Fashion Week ended real quick. Some might even say New York Fashion Week what?
Well Fashion Week is currently happening and during these days we haven’t heard about any problem with traffic on the streets of New York, we haven’t seen anyone dressed for those street style photos, no influencer or celebrity around and most important we did not see any physical show happening. For fashion lovers this was a whole new experience and something that is not so easy to cope with. After all the standard fashion week had its own beauty and characteristic which was amusing for so many people.
This fashion week some of the most important brands decided to step away from the traditional fashion week schedule to better think about the current situation and to develop new strategies for making their brands even better and stronger. But some other brands chose to bring their creativity back on the spotlight.
Even though we wished to see the traditional fashion week, we must applause the fashion brands that went on to surprise us and made a fantastic job while being in difficult circumstances.
Jason Wu held a physical show with 36 attendees and all the Covid-9 restrictions were followed. Guests were sited six feet apart from one another.
Other alternatives chosen by the brands consisted on virtual shows, special videos created to spread different messages whether messages for hope or political ones and others preferred lookbooks as the simplest way.
