Jeremy Scott sent us back to the 80s with the presentation of Moschino Autumn Winter 2020 collection yesterday in Milan. Actually, we are not referring to the 80s of Rock `N Roll, but to the 80s of the French Revolution and Marie Antoinette.
The 1780s vision of Jeremy Scott came to life with amazing looks presented on the runway by some of the most famous models.
As soon as the first model stepped on the catwalk it was like we were watching Sofia Coppola’s Marie Antoinette movie. Everything from the dresses to the accessories, from the high-heeled boots above the knees to the little leather bags, from the hairstyle to the makeup was like a dream for us.
Although this is just a fantasy that Jeremy Scott has placed for us, we can’t stop admiring it and imagine ourselves in those beautiful outfits. At least there is nothing wrong dreaming about eating cream cake while laying down in a beautiful sofa and drinking champagne just like in the version of Marie Antoinette by Sofia Coppola.
