It will take time to get used to the idea that we won’t be seeing Karl Lagerfeld anymore. Lagerfeld’s legacy will be remembered, because his designs have had a huge impact in fashion. He has inspired many people through his unique style and personality.
Today, Paris’s Grand Palais was transformed into a bookworm paradise for the presentation of the first couture collection of Virginie Viard for Chanel. The Grand Palais has always served as the perfect venue to host a Chanel fashion show. Even this time, the venue was grandiose and in full synchronization with the Autumn/Winter 2019 couture collection.
Virginie Viard created an impressive collection filled with such an elegance, which totally represents house Chanel. The collection featured everything from dresses, coats to the classic Chanel suit. There were also several evening gowns which bring a sense of romanticism.
