Winter Essentials

28/10/2021

If you want to have a minimalist wardrobe, it is time you do some changes in your closet. Most probably a few items will head straight to the bin, or you will give them away. We recommend donating them.

When you look at Rosie Huntington-Whiteley’s style you realize how minimalist she is and all you see is perfection. Achieving that perfection is not quite impossible, it only takes imagination.

First things first you should get rid of any unwanted fast-fashion items that you only bought because there was a trend or you saw it from a friend, move away any accessory that will never stand the test of time, and most importantly your wardrobe does not need any more worn-out clothes.

In these 10 steps we bring down how to have a minimal look this upcoming winter.

1. Invest in a good trench coat

Never underestimate the power of the trench coat. You can wear it with jeans, sweatshirt, yoga pants, dresses, skirts, and still look perfect. The Burberry classic trench coat will always be in fashion, no matter what.

2. The sweatshirt

The sweatshirt will always be your best friend during the winter cold days. Winter is coming so you better have the proper outfits. Any oversized sweater in warm colors is the best option.

3. The knit dress

If you want to stay comfy, the knit dress is perfect. For more than two years now the knit dress has been on top of any trend so you better invest in a good quality knit dress.

4. The midi skirt

You can rely on the midi skirt for every possible occasion, whether for an important meeting at work, a formal dinner, or a casual night-out.

5. The oversized black blazer

You should never keep your wardrobe without a black blazer. That oversized black blazer should be part of your style no matter what. If we mentioned above that the midi skirt is perfect for every occasion, the black blazer is on top of that list. You can be classy or sporty with a black blazer and still look chic.

9. Your everyday boots

The choice of footwear is very important. Without it your look will be incomplete. A classic Dr. Martens will always be the ideal option.

10. The holds-everything bag

Yes, yes we know that the small bags are IN but do we know if they’ll still be on top after a few years? Not really!

So your ideal minimal option is a bag that will hold everything you need to continue with your everyday life.
