New York fashion Week opened the series of international fashion week events. These fashion weeks have become a magnet for the stylists, eager to represent their vision and collections to the world. Spring -summer collection was all about light and comfy, but not only.

On 7th October, Tom Ford opened New York Fashion Week with his much anticipated collection. His Spring/Summer collection brought us back to the 90s with its evening jackets and shorts. Pink was the dominating color, so naturally lovely for the spring.

Michael Kors maintained simplicity and neutrality even in the Spring / Summer 2018 collection. Piercing pink and light blue was mainly used. Kors worked on the palette of breezy pastels, which would remind us of the tropical beaches. Most of the designs were represented in the form of trees, mainly palms. All Michael Kors collection was simply wonderful!

The collection took over the streets of New York. He remained faithful to his black for the spring collection. Besides the slinky black dresses, he also represented a line of torn jeans and sweatshirt camisole combos. Did you really think leather had lost its charm? Then you are definitely wrong. In his Spring / Summer collection Alexander Wang proved quite the contrary. If you are thinking of going to a party this weekend, consider a leather dress, please! It seems that Zimmerman got back to her roots! Her Spring / Summer 2018 collection was screaming colors and flowers, a perfect idea for spring and summer. One could notice that skirts were no way to be found though. White lace outfits felt breezy and well balanced in her collection.
