Super Bowl Halftime Performances Over The Years

Sunday evening will bring together all the sport’s lovers for the 2020 Super Bowl. Surely football has its importance, but the real deal is the halftime show.

Over the years, the halftime show at the Super Bowl has brought some of the most amazing artists like Prince, Mick Jagger, Britney Spears, Bruno Mars, Madonna, Lady Gaga, Beyonce and many more.

This year it will be all about Jennifer Lopez and Shakira, who will co-headline the 2020 Super Bowl.

During these last few months we had the possibility to see on social media how both pop stars are preparing for the big night.

The halftime show is not all about an artist stepping out on stage and just singing. If we go back to 2017, Lady Gaga surprised all of us with her amazing performance, by jumping off the roof of the stadium, supported only by wires.

Beyonce as well gave an impressive performance back in 2016 when she also sang alongside Coldplay and Bruno Mars. The latter made us dream of that beautiful leather jacket.

One of the most memorable moments of a halftime show or better say the most discussed one, is the performance of Justin Timberlake and Janet Jackson. Jackson had a wardrobe malfunction which caused one of her boobs to be shown and seen by thousands of people. Rumour has it that it was something planned beforehand by the two artists, but we will never know.
