Yves Saint Laurent show in Paris Fashion Week SS18 was fabulous and magical. The collection took place under the Eiffel tower and offered a spectacular evening in Eiffel’s traditional sparkling light that illuminated the outdoor set. Yves Saint Laurent show couldn’t be more Parisian than that! So sparkling!
The Eiffel Tower stood as the backdrop to the show, and glittered over the runway. Truly stunning!
Besides the show, the collection was just marvelous! It featured a strong girl bursting with elegance and self-confidence. “That girl of Saint Laurent—she wants to have fun,” said Anthony Vaccarello, the designer of Yves Saint Laurent. “She’s not depressed. She wants to enjoy life!”
Black color dominate throughout the collection. Vaccarello also introduced a new trend for Spring / Summer 2018. He introduced us to the feathers which were seen everywhere: in dresses, boots and high heel shoes. A perfect combination!
Kaia Gerber stole the show as she walked in her leather black shorts, a low v-necked patterned blouse and later in a black tutu.
Yves Saint Laurent show in Paris Fashion Week will be remembered by all those who witnessed it, but not only by them!
