It so happens that often, when you watch a movie, read a book or listen to a given song, they affect the way you see things or just imagine them to be, they become an inspiration. Whenever I combine an outfit, I do not see it as a mere combination. To me it is much more, it is an art display in my body, showing the way I feel. I do not know if you feel the same, but I was always impressed by the movies, since I was a little girl. Even now, when I get dressed, I think of a movie, a video clip or even a book character I used to think about; I tend to get fond of book characters. Maybe this is due to the fact that I am a Gemini. For this photo shoot I decided to wear a Diane von Furstenberg dress. Every time I see it, it reminds me of the `70s and the “Virgin Suicide” movie, which I loved at the time. Then I remembered its soundtrack song, the “Playground love”. The way songs can affect you and help you to make better decisions when it comes to what to wear is quite magic. I always listen to some music in the morning, before choosing what to wear for the day. It really helps to see a more colorful and optimistic world. This is also how I found the perfect combination for the Diane von Furstenberg outfit, all of it. The sunset was not an accidental decision, and not because it fits the whole outfit and its style, but mainly because this romantic dress fits this moment of the day that I usually like to spend reading a romantic novel.
