The Swan restaurant has just opened in the Design District, Miami. Created by Pharrell Williams, Jean Imbert and David Grutman, it was decorated by Ken Fulk and recreates the sentiment of Art Déco bars and clubs, with a horseshoe-shaped bar, striped benches and white bamboo. In the kitchen, the famous French chef creates international-inspired cuisine: spaghetti with caviar, carpaccio with smoked beets, ricotta, tomato and cucumber soup, burrata served with fresh figs and creamy sweetcorn polenta all feature on the expansive menu. Don’t forget the Bevy bar for a nightcap and the Raymond Jungles-designed garden. All in all, a sure-fire hit on Miami’s food scene.
