My Favourite Gluten Free Oatmeal Recipe


I always pay great attention to what I eat in a day as I tend to maintain a healthy lifestyle that only brings positivity in my life.

As part of my breakfast routine, oatmeal is quite essential due to its major benefits. That is why I have decided to show you an easy and quick oatmeal recipe that you will enjoy.

A night before I leave the oatmeal in a bowl of water, so the next day it will be smooth and won’t cause any heaviness to the stomach.

Next day I add almond milk to a pot over medium/high heat and cook the almond milk and the oatmeal for about 4-5 minutes, by stirring occasionally. I also add one tablespoon of flaxseed, almonds brazil, nuts, walnuts & co-enzyme q10 from Linwoods for for maximum nutritional benefits and one spoon of Vital Proteins with collagen as a dietary supplement. The oatmeal is ready when it has gained enough consistency by becoming smooth.

I place it in a bowl and I add some blueberries or a banana in the end.
