Not a day goes by without taking care of my skin. Even when I travel, I never forget to bring the most important products that help my face and body stay nourished and hydrated.
Every year, before I start my summer holidays, I prepare my body for the summer. The skin has been hidden from the sun rays for months, so it needs time to adapt to all that summer heat.
My body care summer regime consists of several products that I use to help my body stay nourished and protected.
A good protection starts with a good shower cream and that is Frangipani Monoi Shower Gel from Elemis. I never forget to use a body exfoliator before heading to the beach. The Frangipani Monoi Body Polish from Elemis is a body exfoliator which helps soften, smooth and hydrate skin. As a body oil, I like to use two different products. My favourite ones are: the detoxifying body oil from Amala, which gives radiance to my skin; and the Frangipani Monoi Body Oil from Elemis, that can be even applied on hair. Body oils are really a must during summer, because they not only make the skin soft, but they also give it a beautiful and light radiation.

Before I start my summer holidays, I like to give my skin a bit of tan, which I achieve by using the Tanning Mist from Hampton Sun. The mist dries quickly, it doesn’t give you that greasy feeling and it keeps the body smooth.
