Jeremy Scott, the Moschino designer will finally have a makeup collection of his own to convey exactly that. He teamed up with MAC Cosmetics for a cosmetics collaboration — and yes, it’s pretty much exactly what you’d expect. It’s fabulously designed, taking inspiration from the ’80s and ’90s music scene. The packaging resembles old-school boomboxes, tapes, and CDs, and we want it all. “I love how music can take a room and alter it,” he tells Vogue, comparing music’s transformative power to how makeup can do the same.
The collection features three new palettes: a lip palette featuring nine shades of lipstick; a cheek palette with three hues; and a stunning eyeshadow palette with a whopping 29 shades. The MAC Jeremy Scott collection drops on February 28th in select MAC locations and online.
