And that is a wrap for Paris Fashion Week or better say for the presentations of the Autumn/Winter 2022 Collections. This year, the fashion week brought so much joy, it was so vivid, crowded with people and designers presented their latest collections in person.
In most of the shows it was given major importance to the current situation in Ukraine where designers, supermodels and influencers all showed their support to Ukraine.
But let’s focus on the most important highlights of Paris Fashion Week.
Rihanna literally broke the internet
Rihanna’s attendance at the Dior show will be un unforgettable memory for all of us. The artist is breaking all the rules of maternity style by introducing new ways of style and not many can wear what she’s currently wearing. Her appearance at the Dior show was the highlight of the day and we are certain that it really broke the internet.

Balenciaga’s unique show
Demna Gvasalia’s collection for Balenciaga was a comment on current war, climate crisis and virtual reality. Models walked in a closed venue making their way in an artificial storm. The runway closed with two final looks: a yellow tracksuit, and the last, a bright blue asymmetric dress, signaling to the Ukrainian flag.

Mini skirts will still be a trend
Leave it to Miu Miu to tell us what’ll be in fashion in winter. Miniskirts won’t be going anywhere. You can pair an oversized sweatshirt with a miniskirt, replacing formal look with a sporty look. If there is something that the pandemic taught us, is that being comfortable is very important. Check the Miu Miu Autumn/Winter collection and take notes.

A tribute to Virgil Abloh
The fashion industry lost a great mind and such a wonderful and talented person. The Off-White Autumn/Winter collection was a tribute to the late designer, or better say a celebration of the amazing work he did with the brand. Kendall Jenner, Gigi Hadid and Bella Hadid, were all there for their friend.
