Officially over. Three months after announcing that she planned to split from her husband after almost 10 years of marriage, Georgina Chapman has reportedly reached a divorce settlement with Harvey Weinstein. The agreement details a property settlement as well as a custody agreement over the couple’s two children, India, 7, and Dashiell, 4. The settlement also includes a prenuptial agreement stating Weinstein will owe Chapman more money, given that they were married for more than ten years. According to the document, Georgina was set to receive $300,000 annually in spousal support for their first nine years of marriage. After that, the number jumped to $400,000, the publication reports. She will also be entitled to a percentage of their marital assets, including their $15million West Village townhouse and a $12million Hamptons beach house.
The settlement came just as their marriage was approaching the 10-year mark. Weinstein and Chapman married in 2007 and have two children together, ages 7 and 4. Weinstein also has three children from a previous marriage. The Oscar-winning producer Harvey Weinstein has been accused of sexual misconduct by over 60 women.
