After two days of 21st birthday tributes from her big sister Gigi Hadid, Bella celebrated her big day officially last night in New York City with Gigi and friends. She stepped out in the little black lace-up dress to end little black lace-up dresses from Dolce&Gabbana. Bella showed off her model figure in her tight dress.
Bella had a chill, candlelit group dinner, complete with wine and shots, as women newly of legal drinking age do.
